The world is boiling in heat waves and wildfires. At the same time a fratricidal war in Europe is tearing us apart! Two sides seem to be gearing up for endless war.
Russia and China are joining forces. China has provided Russia with enough weapons and drones to equip an army.
The navies of both countries are conducting military drills in the Sea of Japan.
The western nations are also increasing their armaments. The USA with the largest miliary in the world continues to increase its military expenditure.
All this military madness endangers the planet’s environment. Instead of protecting the environment, we are destroying it.
Recently Russia held a Russia-Africa conference. The African countries under the leadership of the African Union (AU) showed some common sense. They sent a note to Russia – Stop this war. Negotiate a peace agreement.
Russian will not get everything that they want. Neither will the west. But as this war ends, the suffering victims and the damaged planet will find some peace at last.
